sporting event our body needs simple carbs, complex carbs,

Simply replace Splenda with 1/2 cup of honey and 1 cup of
brown sugar.
Next, replace the wheat flour with 1/2 cup of white flour

at all general food stores.
Make the icing out of milk and powdered sugar.
