Convert to a sports recovery / energy cookie.

After a sporting event our body needs simple carbs, complex carbs, QUALITY protein, potassium and other vitamins and minerals. These recovery cookies should be eaten immediately after strenuous activity.
They should be consumed with a lot of quality liquids as well.
Water, sports drinks or even chocolate milk which has been proven to be a FANTASTIC recovery drink. (Through medical and university research.)     
 

 

Converting the cookie is easy.
Simply replace Splenda with 1/2 cup of honey and 1 cup of brown sugar.
Next, replace the wheat flour with 1/2 cup of white flour and 3/4 cup of vanilla flavored Whey Protein drink mix found at all general food stores.
Make the icing out of milk and powdered sugar.
